Case 1
First the crown is separated and removed
The root is mobilized with the luxator. Benex drilling with the surgery hand piece.
Insert the screw with the pole extractor. Knock out the root.
Case 2 (like Case 1)
Case 3 No crown separation if crown status is favorable (unsuccessful loop therapy).
